GENERAL TERMS OF THE "PRICE MATCH" PROMOTION

PRICE MATCHING

At Šport 11 store, we strive to always offer our customers top-quality products at favorable prices. As part of the price matching promotion, we offer customers the opportunity to match the price if the product is available at another retailer at a lower price.

CONDITIONS FOR PRICE MATCHING

The option for price matching is exclusively valid for products offered by online stores within Slovenia and in euros (€). The condition is that the identical product (i.e., brand, size, color, etc.) is actually in stock or available for delivery at the retailer. An exception is if the retailer is having a clearance sale due to closure or a non-standard promotion – in this case, Žiga Šport d.o.o., Šport 11 (www.11-11.si) reserves the right to decline the price match.

HOW DOES PRICE MATCHING WORK?

There is a visible button for price matching next to the product, and when the user clicks on it, a form opens that needs to be filled out. Don't forget to include the selected color and size in the comments. The completed form will be forwarded to Žiga Šport d.o.o., Šport 11, and the user will receive a response on whether the request has been approved or not. If approved, the user will receive a one-time promotional code that can be used for online purchases. IMPORTANT: The price matching promotion only applies to online purchases.
