Can I order a bike online?

Yes, you can order your chosen bike online. Before dispatch, your selected bike will be carefully inspected, and an "introductory" service will be performed on it (adjustment of the gears, checking the brakes, and other components). The bike will be packaged in a larger cardboard box and properly protected. Due to space constraints, you may need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals (if included with the bike). Is something wrong with your order and you want to return it?

Have you received your package, but it doesn't suit you? First of all, we apologize for the situation and aim for a quick resolution. Here are some examples: - If the contents are damaged: send us some pictures and a description of the issue to the email address: [email protected], and we will advise you and help resolve the situation.

Wrong size of the ordered item?

If you have received the wrong size, send the package in its original packaging with the invoice to our address: Šport 11, Šuceva ulica 21, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia. If a larger/smaller size of the item is in stock, we will arrange an exchange for you; otherwise, we will issue a credit note.

What happens to my order if I'm not home during delivery?

In Slovenia, delivery is carried out by our contractual partner, Pošta Slovenije. If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will leave a collection note in your mailbox, with which you can collect your package at your local post office. In the case of international orders, the courier of the delivery service DPD will notify you 2 hours before delivery. You can arrange a location and time for collection with them. If you know you won't be at your home address in the morning, you can simply choose a different delivery address (e.g., to your workplace) or collect the package personally at our Šport 11 store.

How do I return the received package?
