The Castelli Toe Thingy 3 is a lightweight neoprene toe cover designed to protect the front of your cycling shoes from cold wind. It is ideal for cool mornings, transitional-season rides and fast descents when full cycling overshoes would provide more coverage and warmth than you need.

The covers slip easily over the front of your shoes. Openings in the sole accommodate road cycling cleats, which also help hold the covers securely in place while riding. Their compact construction takes up very little space, making them easy to carry in a cycling jersey pocket.

Windproof protection for cold toes

Windproof neoprene reduces direct exposure to cold air and helps keep your toes more comfortable in cool conditions. Protection is concentrated around the front of the foot, where wind chill is often felt first during a ride.

Castelli recommends the Toe Thingy 3 for temperatures between approximately 10°C and 18°C. Actual warmth will depend on wind, riding intensity, cycling shoes and the socks you wear.
