The versatile Backland Expert is the perfect combination of a women's touring boot that balances efficient ascents with reliable and stable descents. The shell of the Backland Expert touring boots is designed with the Prolite system, which reinforces minimal material volume in the most stressed areas, in contrast to traditional methods of reducing overall material volume. In addition to the Frictionless Pivot technology that mimics natural walking, the boots feature a thermoformable liner that adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot through heat fitting. The redesigned Backland Expert boots, with the new Cross Lace 2.0 cable system across the instep and an aluminum buckle, ensure a precise fit to the foot's shape without compromising during skiing. To handle various snow conditions, the boots are reinforced with Energy Backbone technology and the Free/Lock 4.0 buckle at the back, providing impressive strength.

Memory Fit 3D: The liner is made with pre-shaped thermoformable foam to minimize discomfort from the first use. Dynashape material in specific areas adapts continuously to the foot. Depending on the liner version, Dynashape appears: Silver (heel), Gold (heel and sides), or Platinum. Heat molding ensures the liner perfectly fits the user's foot. For thermal regulation, 3M™ Thinsulate insulation retains maximum warmth even when the boot gets wet.
