The trail running shoe Hoka Mafate Speed fourth generation once again impresses runners who live for long runs on rugged and technical terrain with even lower weight, better comfort, and more reliable grip. The exceptionally robust shoe with a redesigned upper is made from sustainable materials. Nevertheless, the soft mesh still ensures exceptional breathability and a pleasant feel in the running shoe. Additional support for the foot during running will be provided by the new reinforcement made of KPU material; fundamentally, however, the trail running shoe Mafate Speed 4 still relies on the foundations of its predecessor: an aggressive outsole with dual density, consisting of foam and rubberized EVA foam, and with 5 mm lugs made of Vibram® Megagrip rubber. The stretchy and dynamically designed textile tongue nicely hugs the foot, while the perforated area around the tongue and reinforcement around the lace holes will further improve the fit.

Mafate Speed 4 is a trail shoe that truly reveals its proper measure of comfort, performance, and durability only after a few kilometers of running. It stands out from the crowd of trail running shoes as soon as you encounter technically demanding terrain on your path.
