La Sportiva presents the Spectre 2.0 touring boots, a versatile boot engineered for varied terrain. With 60 degrees of ankle mobility, a reliable Vibram sole, and an automatic crampon attachment point, the Spectre boots excel even during non-skiing hiking. The shell combines Pebax® plastic composites and carbon fibers for rigidity. A pre-molded inner insert allows custom fitting through heat molding. The Spectre boot's innovation lies in the EZ Flex tongue design, which features a flexible section that eases movement and facilitates smooth ascents.

Features

• G-Shell™: La Sportiva uses the ultra-lightweight Grilamid® nylon polymer, allowing us to reduce the thickness of the lower shell wall without sacrificing rigidity or strength.
• Cuff: Spectre's ingenious Dual-Axis cuff consists of two separate elements working together:
• Pebax® two-part buckle with Climbing System Control™ spring system, providing lateral control and enhanced support for technical climbing;
• carbon-reinforced Grilamid® Vertebra Technology™ exoskeleton that increases forward and backward power transfer. The external Vertebra Technology™ cuff is key to Spectre's powerful descent performance. A removable bidirectional asymmetrical rear insert is also available for adjusting forward tilt angle and foot position in the lower shell.
• EZ Flex™ Tongue: The Grilamid® tongue uses the EZ Flex™ system, derived from proven La Sportiva technology. The innovative design provides unrestricted ankle movement for steep ascents and easy walking on flat ground. Added waterproof seals beneath the tongue provide protection from snow, ice, and water.
• Pegasus Buckles™ (patented): aluminum buckles with micro-adjustment were created with minimalist design and maximum boot opening and closing efficiency.
