PURCHASE STEPS

1. Ordering: You can place orders for goods 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Before confirming your order, you can adjust its contents in the shopping cart. Once you're ready, click "Place Order." If it's your first purchase, create an account; if you're a returning customer, simply log in. Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate for smooth communication during delivery. Confirm your purchase by clicking "Confirm Order," and you'll receive an email confirmation shortly.

2. Order Confirmation: Orders are reviewed within 48 hours (working days, Mon-Fri). The provider confirms or rejects the order based on availability. Upon confirmation, the estimated delivery time is emailed to the customer.

3. Goods Dispatch: The provider packs and dispatches the goods within the promised timeframe, accompanied by the original invoice, instructions, and warranty documents.

4. Storage of Order or Contract: Confirmed orders or contracts are electronically stored on the provider's server. Customers can request a copy by emailing [email protected].

DELIVERY

• Prompt Delivery: Orders are promptly delivered within 2-6 working days from our stock.
• Availability: Items marked with a shopping cart icon during your purchase process are currently in stock. In exceptional cases of simultaneous orders for the last items, priority is given to the first order. Efforts are made to fulfill subsequent orders.
• Special Requests: For any special delivery requests, please specify them in the "notes" section during checkout.

RETURNS

• Return Policy: Customers can return goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, customers can inform us in writing within 14 days of their decision to cancel the order without specifying a reason. In this case, customers must return the unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging within the next 14 days. Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Procedure for Returns by Mail: Fill out the return form found in your package. Securely package the item in its original packaging. Ship the package to: Šport 11, Šuceva ulica 21, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia. Once we process the return, you will be notified via email.
• Legal Notice before Purchase/Return of Garmin Devices: Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the functionality, compatibility, and other essential features of Garmin devices available on the seller's website and the manufacturer's website.

General Terms and Conditions for Gift Voucher Use

Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased:

• in the physical Šport 11 store, where the customer can choose a custom voucher amount,
• in the online store www.11-11.si, where gift vouchers are available in the following amounts: €10, €25, €50, and €100.

Receiving and Form of the Gift Voucher

When purchasing in the online store, the customer receives a gift voucher in the form of a unique discount code, which is sent to the email address provided during the order. Gift vouchers purchased in the physical store are issued in physical form and include a unique number and date of issue.

Using and Redeeming Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in full – partial redemption is not possible.
• Gift vouchers are valid exclusively for the purchase of products in the online store www.11-11.si or the physical Šport 11 store.
• In the online store, the customer can enter the voucher code in the coupon field at checkout.
• Only one gift code can be used per order.
• If the purchase amount is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a future purchase.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer pays the difference using the chosen payment method.

Validity of Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• After the voucher's expiry date, redemption is no longer possible, and a refund of the voucher’s value cannot be claimed.

Limitations and Responsibility

• The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift voucher code.
• Gift vouchers are treated as a payment method and do not include a cash register receipt, but a confirmation of voucher issuance is provided.

Returns and Complaints

• In case of product returns purchased with a gift voucher, the value is refunded in the form of a new gift voucher if the entire amount was paid using a voucher.
• If part of the amount was paid with another payment method, the corresponding share is refunded in the same form.
