La Sportiva introduces a stable version of trail running shoes with the Mutant model that will deliver excellent grip on softer terrain thanks to the Frixion White outsole. The key feature of this outsole is its soft structure, which performs exceptionally well on muddy and slippery terrain. Mutant trail running shoes have an extended tongue gaiter called Spyral Tongue in the lacing area, designed to prevent rocks and mud from entering the shoe. For improved foot support and grip, the Mutant laces are routed through the Fusion Gate system. The midsole interior of the trail running shoes is finished with Eva Injected foam, which gives the Mutant consistent cushioning quality.
