The upper of these Akyra mountain running shoes features a three-layer fabric that provides comfort and freedom of movement with its seamless construction. The MicroLite Skeleton^TM mesh design applied to the side improves material durability and increases torsional stability. The front features Flex-Guard reinforcement that adds a lightweight protective layer against rock impacts. Internal TrailCage System support covers the area under the laces and prevents small stones from entering the shoe.
