The Prosecco Wind short-sleeve thermal base layer is further proof that Castelli's designers listen to the wishes and needs of cyclists. For all passionate riders who venture out on their bikes even in cold weather, they have created a thoughtfully engineered first layer. Thanks to its windproof yet breathable Gore Windstopper material on the front of the torso, it will effectively shield you from icy wind on descents.

Beneath the windproof material, the designers have strategically placed Prosecco fabric, which will exceptionally efficiently wick moisture away from your body and keep you dry and fresh for longer. On areas of the body that are less exposed to cold, they have used Prosecco Micro material. This too will excellently wick moisture, though it provides slightly less warmth, preventing unwanted overheating.
