From the minds of Tacx engineers comes an innovative breakthrough—the Tacx NEO 2 Smart. In addition to all its smart features, road cycling simulation and gradient simulation have been added. The main innovation is an upgraded rear axle attachment, identical to that of the NEO 2 T Smart model.

The redesigned direct drive includes pedal power analysis and measurement for optimal leg position adjustment. The FAST system improves cadence measurement accuracy. One of the new features is expanded memory capacity and a quieter, more responsive integrated chip. Additional axle options with sizes 142x12mm and 148x12mm have also been added.

With compensation for weight, dynamics, speed and gradient angle, it delivers the most realistic road cycling simulation. The NEO 2 Smart, with left and right leg measurement, enables precise measurement and analysis of pedaling technique so you can further improve your pedaling power. It is designed for dedicated cyclists, as its accuracy and reliability measure data that is precise and trustworthy. The NEO 2 Smart trainer requires no calibration procedure, measuring power with 1% accuracy.

Connectivity:

An excellent feature of the trainer lies in its ability to connect to a smartphone, tablet or Windows computer via ANT+ or Bluetooth connection and sync with Tacx software and other compatible applications. Through Tacx software you can customize your training by adjusting target heart rate, gradient or power. Using Tacx software on a tablet and computer also allows you to select and ride well-known road segments and compete with other cyclists via online connection.

Additional features and measurements can be easily accessed by connecting the trainer to other software such as Zwift, Trainer Road, Kinomap or Bkool. When the NEO 2 Smart is connected to software, it operates as an intelligent trainer.
