La Sportiva introduces the Spectre 2.0 touring boots, a versatile boot built for varied terrain. With 60 degrees of mobility, a dependable Vibram sole and a pin for automatic crampon compatibility, the Spectre boots excel even when walking without skis. The shell combines Pebax® plastic composite and carbon fiber for rigidity. A pre-shaped inner liner allows fine-tuning to your foot shape through heat molding. The signature feature of the Spectre is the innovative EZ Flex tongue construction, which eases movement with its flexible section and promotes efficient climbing.

Features

• G-Shell ™: La Sportiva uses the ultra-lightweight Grilamid® nylon polymer to reduce lower shell thickness without sacrificing rigidity or strength.
• Cuff: The Spectre's ingenious Dual-Axis cuff comprises two separate elements working together:
• Pebax® two-part buckle with Climbing System Control ™ spring system, providing lateral support and increased stability for technical climbing;
• carbon-reinforced Grilamid® Vertebra Technology ™ exoskeleton enhancing forward and backward power transfer. The external Vertebra Technology ™ cuff is key to the Spectre's responsive descent. An optional removable two-way asymmetrical rear insert is also available for adjusting forward lean angle and foot position in the lower shell.
• EZ Flex ™ Tongue: The Grilamid® tongue uses the EZ Flex ™ system, drawing on proven La Sportiva technology. The innovative design provides unrestricted ankle movement for steep climbs and easy walking on flat terrain. Added waterproof seals beneath the tongue protect against snow, ice and water.
• Pegasus Buckles ™ (patented): aluminum buckles with micro-adjustment were created with minimalist design and maximum ease of opening and closing.
