Gaerne Tornado road cycling shoes boast exceptional high performance! Optimal comfort and perfect shoe fit are assured by Gaerne designers through the use of soft microfiber on the upper with laser-cut ventilation holes and a thin, lightweight full carbon EPS Light Weight sole. The innovative BOA lacing system ensures optimal shoe adjustment based on the anatomy of your foot. In addition to performance, the system is distinguished by its ease of use. The insole is designed to provide complete support to the arch, while allowing good ventilation and is replaceable.
The redesigned heel counter will ensure precise heel support and further contribute to power transfer to the pedals. The greatest updates have been made to the carbon sole, which is made from a thin layer of lightweight carbon fiber, gently anatomically shaped along the arch and engineered for maximum power. As a result of this design, these road shoes will enable excellent energy transfer and incredible acceleration. Road shoes are also equipped with a rubber heel that will provide safe walking even when you're off the bike.
