Great praise to your online sales staff. The tires I ordered were not delivered the next day as agreed by the carrier. After I called to report that I hadn't received the tires, you urgently sent another set on trust.
A month later, the first carrier delivered the missing tires. I informed you about this, and you then picked them up from my address.
A nice gesture on your part to resolve the issue without complication.
Thank you and best regards.
