Aerodynamic shapes with a lightweight carbon frame, carbon seatpost and elegantly integrated cables are everything a modern road bike needs. To achieve the best combination of aerodynamics and low weight, Focus engineers examined every tube individually and optimized it in the wind tunnel. The result is a combination of aerodynamics and low weight in the perfect ratio. High-quality, ultra-stiff carbon fibers on the Max frame achieve an impressive low weight of 890g (frame) and 360g aero fork.
Internal cable routing in the handlebar and stem, stiffness and compliance in exactly the right places, and the SRAM Rival eTap AXS wireless shifting system. From different materials to a different fork, every step was thoroughly tested to ensure optimal ride quality. The result is immediate responsiveness and optimal power transfer. The Izalco Max is equipped with disc brakes that offer superior braking and modulation, work extremely well in wet weather, and their weight is a negligible compromise. This way you'll achieve greater control, speed and confidence.
