To achieve the best combination of aerodynamics and low weight, Focus engineers scrutinised every tube individually and optimised it in the wind tunnel. The result is a combination of aerodynamics and low weight in perfect proportion. High-quality, ultra-stiff carbon fibres on the Max frame achieve an impressive low weight of 1040g (frame) and 376g aero fork.
Internal cable routing in the handlebars and stem, stiffness and compliance in just the right places, and Shimano 105 are sure to meet your demands and desires on a road bike. From different materials to a different fork, every step has been thoroughly tested to ensure optimal riding. The result is instant responsiveness and optimal power transfer. The Izalco Max is equipped with disc brakes that offer excellent braking and modulation, perform extremely well in wet weather, with their weight being a negligible compromise. This way you'll achieve greater control, speed and confidence.
