Salewa's hiking boots MTN Trainer combine robust construction of durable, natural leather, complemented by a waterproof and windproof Gore Tex® membrane. During the development of the MTN Trainer boots, special attention was paid to the composition of the midsole, which with a combination of foams of different densities ensures comfort and cushioning during ascents and descents. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed Vibram® WTC outsole, the boots will perform well on diverse terrain and maintain their rigidity throughout use. The heel area of the Salewa hiking boots features 3F technology, whose main purpose is foot support and the stability associated with it. Because comfort is essential alongside protection and reliability during mountain activities, the interior of the hiking boots is complemented with an Ortholite air insole, which is characterized by high breathability and rapid moisture transfer.

The forefoot of the MTN Trainer boots is shaped with a flat "Climbing zone" finish, which ensures precise stepping and enables climbing. The combination of MTN Trainer features creates a versatile hiking boot, suitable for adventures on lower hills and all the way to demanding alpine routes.
