The upper of these mountain running shoes is made of three-layer fabric that provides comfort and follows your movement with its seamless construction. The mesh design called MicroLite SkeletonTM placed on the side of the shoes improves material durability and increases torsional stability. At the front, the La Sportiva Akyra shoes are finished with Flex-Guard reinforcement, which adds a lightweight layer that offers complete protection against rock impacts. For improved foothold and to prevent moisture entering the shoe, special attention was paid to the Trail Cage System insert during Akyra development, which complements the area under the laces.
