The skis feature an aramid core of lightweight bonded honeycomb that combines different materials to achieve the best possible level of strength in the most stressed areas. The ski core is wrapped in a composite that covers all four sides and significantly improves axial stability and precision. Even though Gara Aero are very light skis, the steel edges reaching 52 on the Rockwell hardness scale will deliver uncompromising grip on icy surfaces and demanding terrain. The ski core is reinforced lengthwise with a combination of carbon and fiberglass fibers that are distributed proportionally to the stress in each area.
