The Pieps Fastest Rescue System avalanche set includes a beacon, shovel, and electronic probe.
The Micro BT Sensor is a lightweight and compact Pieps beacon with a large display for excellent information visibility. It features automatic switching between receive and transmit modes when no movement is detected for an extended period. It transmits and receives signals within a 50 m range. When searching and initially detecting a signal, it alerts with vibration so rescuers can focus on their surroundings rather than watching the screen. During use, it stores in the included hard case made of waterproof materials. It can connect to the PIEPS app via Bluetooth.
The C660 shovel with extendable C-handle is a lightweight shovel for efficient digging. The C-shaped handle allows easy grip even in thick gloves, and the folding shaft does not twist during digging. The shaft and lower section connect via the Quick-Lock system without pressing buttons. Sharpened edges on the shovel help enable the fastest possible response in an avalanche.
The iProbe BT 260 is a 260 cm electronic probe with a signal receiver built into the tip and visual and audible signals at the top for 60% faster precise location of a buried victim. You can begin excavation before the probe touches the victim. It can connect to the PIEPS app via Bluetooth for firmware updates. It features quick and reliable assembly of six sections marked with a centimetre scale.
