The Pieps PRO BT avalanche beacon is one of the most accurate, reliable and user-friendly beacons on the market. The PRO BT features exceptional digital range in all directions - distance readout from the start and directional indicator to the buried victim. The signal search uses a 3-antenna principle and is fully digital, enabling precise location determination. The large and clear display shows direction and distance to the buried person, slope angle and device battery status.

It allows sequential search of multiple buried victims, preventative checking of other beacons, and fast terrain scanning with location of all buried beacons within range. It is also compatible with the TX600 transmitter, so you can take it on backcountry ski tours with your furry friend.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Using integrated Bluetooth technology, you can connect it to your smartphone to check the latest firmware updates, battery status and other functions, while also choosing from numerous burial simulations to deepen your knowledge of safe use.

The Pieps Alu 300 Sport is a 3m avalanche probe with new design that can be assembled extraordinarily quickly and easily - two key factors given the situation in which you'll need the probe. It is equipped with Pieps Safety Marker markings at 40 cm and 100 cm, which will help you determine the depth of the buried victim more accurately. The probe is also fitted with a measurement scale along its entire length, which you can use to determine the thickness of different snow layers when making snow profile cuts. The Quick-closing-latch system ensures reliable locking of the probe when assembled. The Speed-Cone system allows you to assemble the probe in seconds with a single pull of the mechanism. The probe has a telescoping rod design, so when disassembled it takes up relatively little space. An elastic band will come in handy when carrying it in your pack, as it keeps it firmly closed and in place.
