The Hoka Mafate Speed trail running shoe in its third generation will once again delight runners who live for long runs on trails, rough and technical terrain. An exceptionally robust shoe with a redesigned upper is made from sustainable materials. Despite this, a soft mesh ensures outstanding breathability and a comfortable feel in the running shoe. Additional foot support during running is provided by a new KPU material reinforcement; the Mafate Speed 3 trail running shoe itself still maintains the foundation of its predecessor: an aggressive outsole with dual density, composed of foam and rubberized EVA foam and 5 mm Vibram® Megagrip rubber lugs. A stretchy and dynamically designed textile tongue wraps the foot nicely, while the perforated zone along the tongue and reinforcement around the lace holes further enhance the fit.
Mafate Speed 3 is a trail running shoe that reveals its true measure of comfort, performance and durability only after a few kilometres of running. Among the multitude of trail running shoes, it stands out immediately when you encounter technically demanding terrain on your route.
