Exceptionally durable and waterproof, these hiking boots are made from lightweight and breathable mesh fabric, enhanced with GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane that protects your feet from moisture, rain and variable alpine weather conditions. The Gore-Tex membrane works by shielding your feet in wet conditions to keep them dry while still allowing moisture to transfer to the outside of the boot.

Designed for fast hiking, the Alpenrose 2 boot supports you with a durable Pomoca sole that delivers excellent grip. The heel area of these Salewa hiking boots features 3F technology, whose primary purpose is to provide foot support and associated stability. Because protection and reliability are essential during mountain activities, along with comfort, the inside of these high hiking boots is fitted with an Ortholite insole, which offers superior breathability and rapid moisture management.
