Hoka One One Challenger ATR (ATR - 'all terrain') is a more 'racing' version of Hoka One One shoes, designed for trail running across diverse terrain (paved surfaces, gravel, forest paths). In its sixth iteration, it continues to strengthen its reputation as an excellent versatile running shoe. Its midsole geometry allows it to be fast and light on forest trails while remaining smooth and highly comfortable on roads. The outsole is equipped with 4 mm rubber lugs and clearly reflects its trail running heritage. The Challenger's dynamically designed distinctive outsole features a zoned construction for better grip and lower weight. It boasts wider, more closely spaced lugs that enable smoother transitions between different surfaces. The upper is made from eco-friendly recycled Unifi REPREVE® materials sourced from discarded bottles.

The signature feature of Hoka running shoes is their meta-rocker midsole geometry, designed to enable smoother energy transfer from heel to toe. The unique shape with reduced drop allows a distinctive fulcrum effect that works like a rocking chair, enabling you to expend less energy and thus enjoy longer runs.
