Caledonia 5 is distinguished by a position similar to a classic road bike, but built on an endurance or gravel bike frame. The bike is ideal for traditional spring classics such as Paris-Roubaix. The bike is exceptionally versatile, allowing a higher stem position and tyre clearance up to 34mm width. When fatigue sets in during a ride, a longer wheelbase and adjusted fork offset help with easier handling. The frame construction technology, despite its aerodynamic properties and racing pedigree, bridges the gap between classic road bikes and gravel bikes with its built-in compliance.
Caledonia is an exceptionally versatile bike with speed in its genes. It incorporates some aero features from Cervelo's S-series. It also features fully integrated cable routing for shifting and braking. Add to this the bike's compatibility with multiple manufacturers' mudguards, the included aero computer mount and GoPro camera mount and light compatibility, and you have everything you need.
The Cervelo Caledonia road bike is equipped with a lightweight carbon frame, Shimano Ultegra shifting and braking system, and premium tyres from Vittoria. Disc brakes offer excellent stopping power and modulation, perform exceptionally well in wet weather, and their weight is a negligible compromise. This gives you greater control, speed and confidence.
