FGD – Functional Groove Design

The tyre casing is formed by FGD and ICS technology, which enable excellent control and handling in corners. The tyre has additional aramid protection against punctures beneath the main tread surface, allowing the rider to enjoy carefree riding and many kilometres of use. The tyre profile is made up of a central strip of smooth compound and two different side strips that provide grip at small and large lean angles. All of this, combined with a specially rounded shape, ensures efficient riding and optimal contact between the tyre and the road.
