The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8130 shifter delivers smooth and reliable shifting, thanks to LinkGlide technology. Rapid response ensures seamless shifting and optimal control during aggressive trail riding. Adjustable ergonomics also contribute to improved control.

Proven features such as Rapidfire Plus, 2-Way and Instant Release are of course available on the M8130 shifter as well. The right shifter enables two shift actions with the main lever or auxiliary lever in both directions. The Deore XT shifter is suitable for 11-speed systems and is compatible with Shimano STePS EP800 e-bike components.

In addition, the SL-M8130-IR11 shifter also features I-Spec EV construction, known from the XTR M9100 model. This technology allows shifters to be mounted directly to the brake lever, enabling removal of the clamp and significantly expanding the adjustment range. I-Spec EV allows 14 mm extension and 60° rotation adjustment, so every rider can customize settings according to their anatomy or preferences.

Instant Release enables faster shifting. The cable releases immediately when the lever is pressed. You can shift faster than before.

2-Way Release allows you to release the cable by pressing with your thumb or pulling with your index finger. This way you don't have to adapt to the rear derailleur's style, the rear derailleur adapts to your riding style.
