Atomic introduced a completely new touring ski - the Backland 88 - for the 2024 season! This entirely new touring setup combines lightness with enough stiffness to handle even firmer, icy snow surfaces. The ski's core is crafted from poplar wood Light Woodcore and Duracap sidewalls, ensuring robust yet playful skiing on powder and precise grip when the terrain turns into a more technically demanding surface.

With HRZN 3D technology in the tip, this touring ski effortlessly glides in all soft snow conditions! From powder to freshly fallen spring snow. The tip is made from a mix of glass fibers and wood, giving the ski its distinctive Atomic appearance while creating a lightweight yet strong and durable design that aids efficient climbing and improves agility and control on descents.
