The vision behind the creation of the Maximo touring skis was to emphasize the quality of the descent. The ski's core is constructed using the Liwood Air Core system, combining low-density and lightweight wooden composites with the right amount of high-density laminates to provide an excellent balance of flexibility and strength. The core is surrounded by a composite material that wraps around all four sides, significantly improving axial stability and precision. Additional reinforcement of interwoven glass fibers is applied to the most heavily stressed area under the ski bindings. The tail is shaped with the Duotail system, aiming to enhance buoyancy in all types of snow and maneuverability during turns. With a flex index (level of torsional flexibility) of 70, the Maximo will offer support and stiffness for more demanding touring skiers across various terrains.

• Differential Core Structure: An extremely lightweight aramid core in a weave-like form. The core combines compressed materials, forming the most powerful bond in the most heavily stressed areas.
• Cap Piuma Quadriaxial: The ski's core is surrounded by a composite covering all four sides, resulting in improved axial stability, precision, and reduced weight.
• Steel Edges 52 HRC: Steel edges with a hardness rating of 52 on the Rockwell scale, providing grip on icy surfaces.
• Fiber Plate Support: A layer of reinforcement woven with glass fibers under the stressed area of the touring bindings.
• Carbon Reinforcement: A combination of carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforcements provides excellent resistance to all loads and improves the flex index curve.
• Sintered Base: The ski's sliding surface is perfected with a special processing system, delivering excellent glide and durability.
• Radial Edge Finish: A special method of edge grinding for sharpness during long-term use, easy maintenance, and excellent glide.
• Attitude Shock Absorber: A system distributing stiffness in ski sections, softening the tail and tip by 30%, providing cushioning based on the terrain.
• Duo Tech: Tail construction improves floatation in all snow conditions, balancing stability and maneuverability.
