As Glen Plake says, "You only need one pair of skis - Ripstick, for all types of snow and all terrains." With the main freeride concept as in the previous model, but with improvements that will add some "horsepower" to the skis. With a width of 96 millimeters under the ski boot and internal reinforcements made of fiberglass, Ripstick skis will offer the right amount of torsional stability, and thanks to the Amphibio profile, precision, excellent edge grip, and ease of turns. The main feature of the redesigned model is the Carbon Line technology, which upgrades the asymmetric core of the ski above the inner edge with numerous carbon inserts for improved direct power transmission. They have also focused on the external shape of the skis, narrowing the tip shape to improve buoyancy and reduce unwanted vibrations. The tail of the Ripstick 96 ski also consists of less material than the previous model. The result of the redesigned construction of the Ripstick ski tail allows for easier maneuverability in turns and the choice between a light or aggressive finish to the turns. To further reduce vibrations caused by changing snow conditions, the skis are complemented by VaporTip inserts, whose task is also to ensure stability at higher speeds. The internal wooden core throughout the length is complemented by lightweight, hollow carbon tubes that follow the curvature and ensure the preservation of lightness and torsional stability.

Technologies:

• Fiberglass Reinforcement: Fiberglass reinforcement optimizes the flex pattern and increases the torsional stiffness of the ski. Fiberglass is placed either above or below the si core, enhancing the ski's structure.
• Vaportip Reinforcement:  composite inserts at the tips and tails of the ski, made from advanced composite materials, aim to reduce vibrations during skiing, improve stability at high speeds, and provide a more comfortable ride, even in the most challenging conditions.
• The TubeLite construction by Elan involves inserting two extremely lightweight carbon tubes into the laminated wooden core. The tubes, with a diameter of 5 mm, are hollow, running the full length of the ski and following the sidecut.
• Amphibio CarbonLine Technology- wide underfoot platform, unparalleled buoyancy in its category, top performance in powder, premium materials, and technology. For experienced skiers who swear by fresh powder and uncharted terrain.
• SST side edge - The side edge, known as SST (Solid Siliconized Tube), ensures fast, agile, and direct power transmission from the ski to the snow, thus enhancing performance.
