ATK Raider 13 EVO touring bindings 2025

ATK Raider EVO 13 - Unmatched among all touring bindings! Each component is designed like a diamond, allowing you to focus solely on carving through fresh powder during your descent. With an automatic brake and adjustable toe and heel—

The impressive design of the Raider 13 EVO bindings offers exceptional performance. ATK's greatest achievement has been the complete development of the Raider binding family. The Raider 13 EVO touring bindings combine innovative technologies with ATK-patented systems, delivering uncompromising reliability and high functionality. The main innovations introduced by these freetouring bindings include a heel piece with an automatic brake that activates when the heel rotates, and a redesigned toe piece for improved downhill performance, featuring a hybrid mounting pattern—narrow at the front holes and wide at the rear. Its ergonomic lever, designed with a special joint, simplifies opening, exiting, and closing.

Thanks to prior development and success in competitive skiing, ATK has developed bindings with brakes that weigh only 370 grams. The ATK Raider 13 EVO touring bindings can be optionally equipped with a Freeride Spacer to improve energy transfer, safety, and reliability. The heel piece is distinguished by the Elastic Response® system, which follows the natural flex of the ski and prevents premature release during increased compression, thanks to its flexible slider.

Features:

  • Speed Toe Piece: The toe piece has been redesigned to improve downhill performance, featuring a hybrid mounting pattern—narrow at the front holes and wide at the rear. Its ergonomic lever, designed with a special joint, simplifies opening, exiting, and closing.
  • The toe piece can rotate up to 25 degrees to absorb impacts before returning to its original position. Compared to previous models, which allowed a maximum rotation of 16 degrees, this wider range enables better energy absorption and more effective recovery to the center position.
  • Easy Entry System: The redesigned toe piece system ensures smooth pin insertion, making engagement easier.
  • Snow Pack Proof System®: The toe piece construction prevents snow buildup underneath, making engagement easier and keeping the bindings lightweight.
  • UpHill Hardness Variator®: Allows easy adjustment of the toe piece lock stiffness for uphill mode. The system is located in the toe piece above the pin arms and below the walk-ski lever.
  • Cam Release System®: A highlight among ATK's patented systems. This describes the construction and performance of the heel piece, which securely holds and releases the boot during falls. A preloaded spring pushes a specialized system against the heel pins, ensuring precise release based on individually set values. This system offers uncompromising performance, stability under maximum loads, and smooth engagement, all while maintaining a surprisingly low weight. Release values are adjustable (5-12).
  • Elastic Response System®: This system allows the natural flex of the ski without unwanted releases. It includes a spring in the heel piece that returns the binding to its original position after compression.
  • Magneto® Heel Flaps: Enhanced magnetic heel risers provide quick incline adjustments and five walking modes using your pole.
  • A 25 mm adjustment plate integrated into the heel allows quick and precise length adjustments (up to two boot sizes).
  • A crampon slot ensures easy installation.
  • Ski-Brake Elastic Slide: An integrated safety system in the heel maintains consistent lateral release without unwanted unlocking.
  • Freeride Spacer: The Raider 13 bindings can be optionally equipped with a spacer that optimizes the gap between the boot and the ski’s upper layer. The spacer includes an elastic slider to prevent unintentional releases, even in demanding turns and conditions, and enhances direct energy transfer from skier to ski.
  • Automated Brakes: An innovative brake system that doesn’t require manual activation, automatically adjusting when switching between uphill and downhill modes.
  • Power Plates: New aluminum plates add only two grams while significantly reducing plastic use and enhancing both durability and aesthetics.
