The avalanche backpack BCA Float E2 is the most effective preventive measure in case you get caught in an avalanche. Designed to provide safety in snow avalanches, the BCA avalanche backpack with an airbag and electronic trigger, as an innovative system, allows the backpack to fill with air, keeping you above the surface. In the event of burial, it creates additional space around the body. The airbag inflates within a few seconds of activation. The latest E2 system from Alpride is 40% smaller, 140g lighter, and 12L larger compared to the E1 system. The E2 system also includes an LCD screen displaying the fill level, AA batteries, an external venting button, and USB-C for faster charging. The automatic air release valve triggers 3 minutes after the airbag inflates. A notable feature of the newer avalanche backpack is the option to set the trigger on the left or right side, adjusting the trigger height for easier access. The backpack also features the innovative Side Stash pocket, providing access to essential items even while in motion (gloves, hats, energy bars, etc.).

The BCA Float E2 25 avalanche backpack does not guarantee 100% protection and survival in the event of a snow avalanche. Therefore, we recommend additional education and monitoring of weather conditions before embarking on each skiing tour.
