The Castelli Nano Flex Evo Armwarmer is a warm, water-repellent unisex cycling arm warmer designed for cool and changeable weather. Nano Flex Evo fabric combines thermal protection with a nanotechnology water-repellent treatment, making the warmers suitable for cool starts, long descents, wet roads and light rain.

Cycling arm warmers provide a simple way to adapt to changing conditions without replacing your entire upper-body clothing system. When temperatures rise, they can be removed quickly and stored in a cycling jersey pocket.

Nano Flex Evo warmth and water-repellent protection

The material uses a polypropylene base fabric combined with Castelli’s water-repellent nanotechnology treatment. Water droplets bead and run off the outer surface, while the thermal structure of the fabric helps retain warmth in cooler conditions.

Nano Flex Evo is water repellent rather than completely waterproof. It provides effective protection from light rain, road spray and short showers but is not intended for prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

PFAS-free water-repellent technology

The latest Nano Flex Evo fabric uses PFAS-free water-repellent technology. Because PFAS-free treatments gradually lose some effectiveness through use and washing, regular care and occasional reproofing according to the manufacturer’s instructions are recommended.

Comfortable single-seam construction

A single longitudinal seam with flat-lock stitching reduces excess material and helps minimise friction against the skin. The stretchy fabric follows the shape of the arms and provides comfortable freedom of movement in the cycling position.

Secure fit without slipping

Double-sided silicone grippers at the upper edge help keep the warmers securely in place. The inner side grips the skin while the outer side holds against the jersey sleeve, reducing movement and helping prevent gaps between garments.
