As a freeride upgrade to the touring boot Hoji Pro Tour, Dynafit developed the Hoji Free, which thanks to its shell made from Grilamid will offer exceptional stiffness – flex 110 – and thereby tackle even the most challenging, technically demanding descents.

What is the advantage of the Hoji locking system family?

You are always one click away from the descent! Fast and easy switching between walk and ski settings is possible thanks to the patented Hoji Lock System with just a single pull. The ski/walk mechanism is integrated into the wire system at the buckles and Ultra Lock Strap velcro strap. To switch to ski mode, you only need to move the rear buckle, and the boot locks at 11° or 15° forward lean thanks to a removable insert on the heel of the touring boot – and you're ready for the descent!

The classically shaped toe of the Dynafit Hoji Free boots allows, unlike the rest of the Hoji series, the use of both pin bindings and frame bindings. The Free is finished with an internal, heat-mouldable insole from French manufacturer Sidas, which offers a perfect fit to the shape of your foot. Fast switching via the Hoji Lock buckle delivers 11–15° forward lean in ski mode, ensuring aggression and full performance during demanding descents. The sole of the Hoji Free touring boots is equipped with a Pomoca rubber compound that maintains its flexibility and grip even when temperatures drop below freezing.
