This all-around ski boot offers a flawless combination of the ultra-lightweight Backland UL touring boot and excellent performance when skiing back down the valley. The versatile Backland Pro is created for quick transitions from one turn to another. The buckle lacing system allows for easy and fast tightening of the boot. For a perfect fit and foot stability in the boot, the Cross Lace 2.0 cable ensures precise adjustment through the aluminum buckle. The Frictionless Pivot technology still allows for natural movement and easier ascents, with a 74° range of motion. The inner thermoformable liner, Memory Fit 3D Platinum Tour, provides a perfect fit through heat treatment and, thanks to Dynashape foam, maintains the desired form. With a flex index of 95 and the Free Lock 4.0 system for switching between skiing and walking modes, the Backland Pro will perform excellently, even on challenging terrains.

• Prolite construction: An innovative construction method for touring boots, which starts by shaping the shell with minimal weight and volume, and reinforces only the most stressed areas. Traditional weight reduction of the shell typically occurs in the opposite direction (from maximum volume to minimal thickness).
• Energy Backbone: Additional, asymmetrically formed reinforcement on the back of the touring boot increases performance and improves lateral power transfer to the ground.
• Frictionless Pivot: A side screw made from flexible and durable polymer ensures completely natural movement, easing ascents.

• Memory Fit 3D Platinum Tour: The inner liner of the touring boot consists of an inner insole that, compared to other models, allows thermoformable adjustment in the heel, side of the foot, and tongue area. Reinforced with Dura Shield fabric, which protects the liner from daily wear.
• Cross Lace 2.0: Aluminum cable through the aluminum buckle allows precise boot adjustment.
• Free Lock 4.0: A fast and easy system for switching between walking mode and skiing mode, providing impressive stiffness and strength.

• Memory Fit 3D: The inner liner of the touring boot is made with Memory Fit 3D, which describes pre-shaped thermoformable foam that reduces discomfort from the first use. The foam is replaced in certain areas with Dynashape material, which constantly adapts to the foot when wearing the touring boot. Depending on the version of the liner, Dynashape appears in: Silver (heel area), Gold (heel and side of the foot), and Platinum. The liner conforms to the foot's shape through heat treatment. Thermoregulation is provided by 3M^TM Thinsulate insulation, which retains the most warm air in the core, even if the boot becomes soaked.
