Elan introduces a revolutionary innovation for 2022 that combines two Elan families: the touring classic Ibex with the legendary, versatile and unmatched Ripstick. Beyond merging the best characteristics of both, the standout feature is exceptional light weight - the Ripstick Tour ski at 163 centimetres length and 88 millimetres width reaches just 1275 grams under the touring boot. Ripstick Tour represents a versatile ski which, unlike the existing touring All Mountain Rocker profile, features the unbeatable Amphibio. The inside of the ski with camber ensures precision and uncompromising edge grip, while the rocker on the opposite side delivers performance in fresh snow. The core of the ski consists of a lightweight wood core down the middle of which runs a Carbon Rod: a hollow carbon tube made from interlocking carbon fibres that bring stiffness and reliability to the Ripstick Tour. To achieve a higher level of performance, the ski is covered across its entire surface with Carbon Reinforcement - a surface reinforcement designed from carbon fibres with a raised central section to prevent snow buildup on the skis.

• Amphibio Profile: Elan's innovative rocker and camber combination system. Pre-tensioned camber profile on the inside ensures precision, uncompromising edge hold and stability, while the rocker on the other side forgives errors and aids ease of turning.
• Tubelite Woodcore: the basic composite of the core is a lightweight laminated wood core with an integrated hollow carbon tube running through the middle. The ski core thus delivers responsiveness, stiffness and low weight.
• Carbon Rod: a hollow carbon tube 5 millimetres in diameter running through the centre of the wood core. The result is ski stiffness and strength.
• Carbon Reinforcement: a surface reinforcement covering the entire ski. The raised central section prevents snow buildup on the surface and aids ease during skiing and climbing.
