From the hands of leading French specialist company Sidas, the 3 Feet Merino insoles deliver enhanced comfort and performance for skiing. The insoles are anatomically pre-moulded using biomechanical construction and available in three variants: Low, Mid and High, making them suitable for individuals with flat feet as well as those with a raised arch. The primary purpose of the Sidas Merino insole is to distribute pressure from body weight across the entire sole and, thanks to arch support, improve pressure on the outer edge. This relieves the forefoot and heel area and corrects improper alignment in the knees and ankles, which significantly impacts skiing technique, injury prevention and comfort. Unlike the classic version, the upper surface of the insole covers a layer of warm merino wool fibres, which in addition to thermal insulation prevents unpleasant odours. For improved heat retention within the shoe, the middle section features a thin aluminium layer. To completely eliminate pain during skiing or hiking, the most stressed areas of the insole are finished with EVA foam, which combines low and high-density foam. This provides remarkable cushioning and comfort during activity.
