Scarpa Rapid Trail Running Shoes

Scarpa Rapid Trail Running Shoes

Perhaps the most versatile mountain shoe ever created by Scarpa. The Scarpa Rapid sits at the intersection of fell running and light approaches. This hybrid Scarpa Rapid shoe is equally capable crossing mountain paths, scrambling over rock and climbing slabby terrain. The entire upper is constructed from synthetic materials, is lightweight and highly breathable thanks to abundant mesh sections, yet reinforced in critical areas with welded polyurethane for support and durability.

The Sock-Fit LW construction hugs the midfoot for precise fit with reduced weight. Dual-density midsole of compression-molded EVA material delivers a feel similar to fell running shoes, but includes a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) insert for torsional stiffness control and a Dynamic Protection System insert in the forefoot for enhanced protection and grip. The Vibram® sole is equipped with Megagrip rubber coverage, with a dedicated grip and traction zone underfoot.

Scarpa Rapid is the perfect choice for moving fast over varied mountain terrain, excelling in all conditions from groomed singletrack to endless scree fields and slab climbing.
