Rent terms and conditions

Reservations & Deposit

• Reservations can be made online or in-store, subject to availability shown in the product calendar.
• A deposit (amount indicated per product) must be paid at the time of reservation confirmation.
• The deposit serves as confirmation of your reservation and secures the item for you.
• The deposit will be fully refunded to the same card used for the reservation, once the equipment is returned undamaged and in its original condition.
• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit.

Pick-Up & Return

• Equipment can be picked up the day before the reservation after 5 PM.
• Equipment must be returned the day after the reservation ends, by 12 PM.
• Late returns may incur additional charges (based on daily rental price).
• Returned items must be dry and clean – otherwise, a cleaning fee of up to €15 may apply (depending on the item and its condition).

Renter Responsibilities

• The renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
• In the event of damage or loss, the renter is liable for the repair or replacement costs at market value.
• The renter is also responsible for any third-party damage or injury resulting from improper use of the rented equipment.

Additional Terms

• By renting equipment, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
• Šport 11 reserves the right to change terms without prior notice. Any updates will be published on our website.
