Aerodynamic shapes with a lightweight carbon frame, carbon seatpost and elegantly integrated cables are everything a modern road bike needs. To achieve the best combination of aerodynamics and low weight, Focus engineers scrutinized every tube individually and optimized it in the wind tunnel, with the entire design approved by the NACA institute. The result is a combination of aerodynamics and low weight in perfect proportion. High-quality, ultra-stiff carbon fiber on the Max frame achieves an impressive low weight of 865g (frame) and 400g aero fork.
Internal cable routing in the handlebars and stem, stiffness and compliance in just the right places, and the reliable wireless shifting system Shimano Ultegra Di2, which boasts precise gear changes, are definitely features of top-tier road bikes.
