Whether you're a classic ski tourer or an ambitious alpinist - the Marker Alpinist touring binding will follow you reliably and lightly on all routes without compromise. The aluminium base in the toe area is complemented by carbon fibre reinforcement, which ensures complete rigidity during more aggressive skiing. Because skis flex convexly under load, the Marker Alpinist binding features Active Length Compensation technology, which allows the binding to move during compression in turns and prevents unwanted release. The toe piece is protected from mechanical damage and features a layer of elastomers for easier boot entry, complemented by an Anti-Ice system that prevents snow build-up around the pins. The minimalist heel binding offers 3 angles in walk mode and easy cover adjustment using a ski pole.
