The soft outsole of the La Sportiva trail shoes, with a 4 mm drop*, uses the FriXion Blue rubber compound, known for its durability and reliable grip on rocky terrain. Thanks to their low weight and less aggressive outsole, the Helios also perform well as casual footwear.
