Whether you're a classic touring skier or a demanding alpinist, the Marker Alpinist touring bindings will reliably follow you on all your paths with their lightweight and durable construction. The aluminum base in the head of the binding is complemented by carbon fiber reinforcement, ensuring complete rigidity during more aggressive skiing. Since skis bend convexly to the ground under pressure, the Marker Alpinist bindings feature Active Length Compensation technology, allowing the binding to adjust during compression in turns, thus preventing unwanted release. The front part of the binding is additionally coated with an elastomer layer for protection against mechanical damage and easier engagement, and it also includes the Anti-Ice system to prevent snow build-up in the pin area. The otherwise minimal rear part of the binding offers 3 walking modes and easy switching between modes with a ski pole.
