In response to the demands of all serious freeride skiers, Marker presents the innovative Kingpin 10 touring binding, designed to handle everything from deep powder, steep couloirs, to the highest peaks. The Kingpin 10 features easy handling and relatively lightweight frameless construction with full performance. Instead of two springs, Marker has equipped the binding's head with three, providing a 50% increase in performance in the most demanding conditions. This innovative < strong > Kingpin 10 bindings are designed for aggressive skiers who prioritize reliability during all-day ascents and challenging descents. The heel piece uses a system resembling the alpine boot binding, providing strong rear engagement and stability. In case of overloading, the bindings feature two side rollers for lateral release, while vertical release is controlled via a pre-tensioned plate, similar to alpine bindings.
The Kingpin 10 is the first binding to receive the DIN/ISO 13992:2007 certification, meaning it has been awarded safety certification by TUV for certified DIN release. With the Kingpin 10, Marker offers a lightweight and powerful binding for freeride skiers, ensuring reliable performance on all their adventures.
